Our systems have product and manufacturer’s warranties for 25 years.  Even after 25 years, they will continue to operate at approximately 90% of their peak performance. 

Solar systems require little to no maintenance as there are no moving parts.  We do recommend the solar panels remain free of debris and be washed/cleaned periodically.

You do need a permit, and ADS will handle that prior to installation.  By state law, HOAs are required to allow solar and ADS will communicate with your HOA to ensure a smooth process. 

The system will typically be installed in 1-2 days.  We can install without interruption of power to your home, and it’s not necessary for you to be home during your installation.

In general, solar panels are very durable and capable of withstanding snow, wind, and hail. The various components of your solar power system will need to be replaced at different times, but your system should continue to generate electricity for 25 to 35 years.
